What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.

-Ralph Waldo Emerson; American essayist, lecturer, philosopher and poet

The Inner World has been recognized by many spiritual traditions as a person’s access portal to the spiritual world. It represents the subconscious mind, which communicates with us humans through symbols and metaphors.

Carl Jung made use of “active imagination” to access the Inner World of his patients. By interacting with it and by solving problems inside, he was able to create change in their lives. By slaying a dragon for instance, one would loose their fear of going into public spaces. By facilitating the transformation of an ugly witch into a beautiful woman, one would transform their relationship with their mother, and so on. The mystery schools talk about the archetypes and the ‘Hero’s Journey’, and the Tarot uses these symbols as well. Archetypes are part of everyone’s Inner World and they can be accessed through it.

Edwin Steinbrecher took Carl Jung’s explorations even further and developed the ‘Inner Guide Meditation‘ in the 1970s. He set up a way to find one’s true Inner Guide, so that these Inner Healing Adventures could be done safely by anyone.

Working on the inside with these methods is so powerful, because it goes straight to the root of a problem, which then is changed on the soul level, and lastly translates into the physical life and body. With it you can change unhelpful beliefs just as much as bodily ailments, so nothing stands in the way to live your life’s purpose.

I use the Inner Guide Meditation combined with numerous tools I have gained over the years from various teachings, to find the problem quickly and solve it effectively on the soul level. I am a highly intuitive energy healer and teacher, helping people gain their own tools for transformation.

All sessions are set within a safe container and have the blessing of each of our higher selves, numerous archangels, guides and other beings of the light. A closing ritual wraps up each session. You can expect the energies to move for several days afterwards, and it is recommended that you take it easy (do not run a marathon 🙂 and avoid drugs or alcohol for a few days for the biggest effect.

I love animals, have “owned” a horse for about ten years and now have a small dog at home who is helping me to remember to play.

If you would like to keep up on developments, please follow my Facebook page or Instagram account, or better yet: send me an email and say hi!

I am looking forward to meeting you,
