Or sitting down in a corner crying when grief shows itself. Or saying NO to something you feel coerced into doing. So don&#8217;t be afraid to ask yourself this question and contemplate it. &#8220;KNOW THYSELF&#8221; is the ultimate goal of self development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being true to yourself also means self responsibility. Are your words or actions helping or hurting others?
